第一版：尹立
1982年２月毕业于北京师范大学英语系，获学士学位；1988年7月 毕业于中国政法大学法律系，法学士学士学位; 1991至1994年间，先后留学于英国伯明翰大学法律系和加拿大不列顛哥伦比亚大学法学院，并获法学硕士学位。１９９４年１０月回国后，进入人大法学院任教。１９９８年以来曾先后赴欧盟、加拿大、瑞典做访问学者和讲学，研究ＷＴＯ和国际反倾销法律问题。任加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学客座教授。
